Motherhood is full of moments that are messy, overwhelming, and deeply beautiful. Yet so often, we feel pressure to be endlessly patient, joyful, and "perfect."

The Compassionate Mother Circle is a small, supportive group designed to help you step away from those impossible ideals — and toward a kinder, more connected relationship with yourself.

What is it?

The Compassionate Mother Circle is a live, small-group programme for mums who want to:

  • Let go of harsh self-criticism and unrealistic expectations

  • Understand their emotional patterns and “parts” (like the inner critic and the inner cheerleader)

  • Learn practical self-compassion skills they can actually use in daily life

  • Feel seen and supported by other mothers in a gentle, non-judgemental space

Who is it for?

Any mother who has ever thought:

"I should be coping better."
"I'm not enough for my children."
"I feel so alone in this."

If this sounds familiar, you are not alone — and you are warmly welcome here.

What will we do?

Over 6 weeks, you’ll explore topics like:

  • The myth of the "perfect mother"

  • Understanding your emotional systems

  • Meeting your inner parts

  • Real-life self-compassion practices

  • Repairing and reconnecting after tough moments

  • Sustaining kindness toward yourself beyond the group
