The Compassionate Mother Circle is a live, small-group programme for mums who want to:

Understand their emotional patterns and “parts” (like the inner critic and the inner cheerleader)

Learn practical self-compassion skills they can actually use in daily life

Feel seen and supported by other mothers in a gentle, non-judgemental space
