I recognise the significant step you are taking in seeking psychological support, and aim to offer a safe, non-judgmental space in which I can take time to really understand your needs, and help you to find a way forward.

Specialist Doula Support

The birth of a new baby can be a time of great joy and excitement, but the transition to new (or even second or third time) parenthood can also be a uniquely challenging time, both physically and emotionally.

As an experienced postnatal doula, I offer skilled, empathic support from the moment your baby is born. Whether you need practical help and guidance in caring for yourself and your baby, space to reflect on and process your pregnancy and birth experience, or an extra pair of mothering hands to help ease the transition for older siblings while you take some much-needed time to rest and recover, my role is individualised to your family's needs, supporting you to navigate this important life transition in the way which works best for you, in the comfort of your own home.

Please get in touch to find out more about how I can support you.
