1. What are my fees?
Initial Assessment Consultation - online or in-person £125 (50 minute session)
Psychological therapy sessions - online or in-person £125 (50 minute session)
Postnatal Doula- Initial Consultation -online or in-person* £125 (90 minute session)
Postnatal Doula Support - online or in-person* £55 (per hour)
*additional charge applies for travel time outside of local area
A very limited number of reduced-fee appointment slots are available for those who would otherwise be unable to fund sessions themselves. Please get in touch to find out more.
2. Do you accept referrals from Private Health Insurance Providers?
I accept psychological therapy referrals from all the main private health insurance providers including AXA, Bupa, Cigna and Vitality. You will need to confirm authorisation for our work together with your insurer prior to our initial appointment, and a pre-authorisation code will be required at the time of appointment booking. You are responsible for covering any fees or costs which are not met by your private health insurer (this includes where an excess is payable, scheduled appointments are cancelled at short notice or not attended).
3. Do you offer online appointments?
Yes, I offer both online and in-person appointments.
Psychological therapy appointments take place in a calm and relaxed clinic located in central Reigate, close to the train station. Free parking is available for clients close by.
I am able to offer local home-visits for all postnatal doula clients.
4. How many sessions will I need?
This varies considerably between individuals. I typically see people for individual therapy for between 12 and 36 sessions, but in some cases, fewer sessions are needed. During our initial appointment, we can think together about this and agree a plan which makes sense to you. We will review our work together regularly and adjust the plan accordingly. Postnatal doula services are agreed in collaboration with each individual client, according to identified needs.
